Cancellation Policy
Booking & Cancellation Policy To ensure the best experience for all of my clients, please review the following booking policies: 💳 Credit Card Required to Book A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Your card will not be charged unless the cancellation policy is violated. ❌ 24-Hour Cancellation Policy I kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. 🚫 No-Show Policy Clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. ⏰ Late Arrival If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your service may be shortened or rescheduled to avoid impacting other clients. The full service fee will still apply. 📞 How to Cancel or Reschedule Cancellations or changes can be made via the online booking system or by contacting me directly by phone or email during business hours.
